About the Role: Founding Engineer

As our Founding Engineer, you’ll work hands-on across the entire stack while also playing a strategic role in shaping our product and technical foundation. You’ll be one of the first engineering hires, working directly with the CTO (Oz Alvarez) and CEO (Josh Guttman) to architect and scale a fintech platform from scratch.

What You'll Do 👀

• Build new features and maintain existing products.
  • Work with Product & Design teams to align solutions with business needs.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
  • Drive scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to project estimation, planning, and execution.
  • Collaborate with external service providers for smooth operations.
  • Write high-quality, tested, and performant code.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve development.
